Joining the Practice

This practice is open to new registrations.

Please attend the Practice, Monday-Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm to complete the relevant Registration Forms which are available from Reception.

You must also bring with you, TWO forms of ID – one photographic and one proof of address/residency, e.g. (passport or Driving Licence + council tax invoice or bank statement etc.) 

Your Registration will take 48hours to process before you can make an appointment with the Practice.

To register you must be resident within our practice area.

If you are from out with the UK, you must bring your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) with you or proof that you have already been resident in the UK for 12 months or more. You can apply for an EHIC here, free of charge:

If you are not eligible for NHS registration you can still be seen as a private patient.
